Who Am I?
I am an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer with a strong background in Physical Therapy and years of weight training experience. Born in New Jersey, I've lived most of my life in Hawaii, and LOVE IT! I have been fortunate to have a wonderful relationship my dad. Having a strong relationship with him has helped shape who I am today. He shared his love for exercise with me which has now become a part of my life style. The predisposition of having great genes and the workout techniques from my dad as well as the use of TRAP STRAPS has given me the winning combination to be my physical best. My Approach to Weight LiftingThe approach I use to lifting weights has led people to question if I am “juicing,” or on steroids. I more than likely will take that as a compliment considering that I do not. I have never used any type of steroid or growth hormone (GH) releasing substance ever. I am a passionate believer of proper form and true muscle physiology. I use weight lifting techniques that are very simple with movements that are regularly overlooked. These small and simple movements are great for tweaking muscle growth. These techniques help to increase muscle mass faster and safer. Lifting lighter amounts of weight with a strict approach to form and technique has made me grow stronger in less time, with no injuries. This strict approach allows me to sustain my form throughout my workout.
